Linda is the founder of Grange Professional Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, her knowledge is extensive in all areas of accounting. Her focus is in complex tax planning and business consulting. Linda believes in educating her clients so they can realise their best financial future.


Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting and Financial Planning, Curtin University of Technology.

Master of Commerce: Professional Accounting, University of New England

Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants

Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Tammy is an accountant passionate about helping people and small businesses with their accounting and taxation needs. Tammy has a wide range of skills and knowledge to assist with accounting, bookkeeping, compliance and tax planning. Tammy specialises in the compliance Self Managed Super Funds and holds a SMSF Specialist Advisor Accreditation. She also holds a Xero Advisor certification to assist with any Xero Software and bookkeeping.

Tammy strives to find the very best solution for her clients.

Leena is an accountant with 10 years of experience. She specialises in individual taxation returns and tax planning and has extensive knowledge in the areas of individual and corporate tax.

Leena strongly believes in building relationships with her clients in order to help her better understand their needs, and provide them with the best possible options for the future in easy to understand language.

3. If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent and BAS Agent services, you will need to contact your Accountant in the first instance with details by email. If they are unable to resolve your complaint within 3 business days, please contact Linda Bernard - Director by email. Your complaint will be investigated by the Director. We will provide you with email acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and our understanding of the circumstances. The email will inform you that we will attempt to resolve your complaint within 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process. If you are unhappy with the outcome that we propose to you, you can then make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) using the link listed above. The TPB will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint and review and risk assess your complaint. If you are unhappy with how the TPB has dealt with your complaint, the above link includes details about your review rights and who can further assist you.
